Built back in 1994 by Tim and Ingrid Cawood, the Manor takes on that ancient feel with its cut stone exterior and Oregon pine sash windows. There is a story behind every piece of the architecture. The Cawood’s had a love affair building this dream home where their daughters Nicky and Sarah have many cherished childhood memories.
It really is like a home away from home where guests can experience beautifully manicured gardens, breath-taking views and ample open spaces. Nicky Cawood has opened up her beautiful home to the public and gives guests the opportunity to experience what they did as kids. This party venue is situated on a farm in Curry’s Post where you and your guests can have your privacy and enjoy a private event without distractions or disturbances.
One of the huge advantages of hiring Weltevreden Manor for your party is that you can bring your own liquor, which means that you can save a huge amount on costs. Party Venue Accommodation
The idea behind Weltevreden Manor is that you have the best of both worlds. You have a party venue that provides accommodation as well. The Manor house itself sleeps 14 at the moment. It will sleep 16 once our master suite is complete. Weltevreden can host up to 50 pax for a party venue. All our rooms have been done in this modern farmhouse feel and we’re constantly upgrading and keeping up with maintenance to ensure that our guests get the highest value when they do rent the house.
We will also be offering an in-house chef which allows guests to just put their feet up and really enjoy the space. In addition, you and your guests don’t have to stress about the drive home. We offer party packages with shuttle services for your convenience. Additionally, our catering service ensures that you need not stress about food.
